The Inn at Penn Cove is located on a two-thirds acre corner lot in the historic district of Coupeville, twenty miles south of Deception Pass Bridge, five miles north of Keystone Ferry and twenty-eight miles northwest of Clinton Ferry. Opened in 1990, the Inn consists of two Victorian-era homes.
