Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this historic Greek Revival mansion inn was built in 1906 as the Hollberg Hotel in Senoia, Georgia. The inn features nine guest bedrooms (each with their own private bathroom), two large parlors, two dining rooms, a gift shop, and a huge wrap around porch full of rocking chairs and a couple of porch swings. Most of the light fixures and chandeliers are original. There are also four original ornate tin ceilings that compliment the architectual style of the building. The beautiful garden and the old 1906 wooden barn further add to the inn's nostalgic ambience. The inn served as a hotel until the late 1920's at which time it was used as a residence by the Hollberg's. It has been used as a residence, boarding house, tea room over the years until it was lovelingly restored in 1985 by Jan and Bobby Boal. At that time full bathrooms were installed in all the bedrooms and the Veranda Historic Bed and Breakfast Inn began its twenty year run as a B&B. For the last two years the inn was a private residence. Rick and Laura Reynolds bought the inn in January,2005, and refurbished it as a bed and breakfast inn again.
