The gardens and pool area is the perfect site for a small elegant wedding and/or tented reception for up to 60 guests. Catering is available to tailor a menu to your liking and budget. The Victorian setting and elegant amenities make The Saltaire a special place to relax after the ceremony and begin your honeymoon and life together.
Corporate Events ~ The Saltaire is the ideal place to host a corporate event. The house is equipped with a projector for presentations. Follow the corporate meetings with a perfectly planned dinner party or outdoor cocktail party. The Outer Banks offers something for everyone such as golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping and of course the beach.
Family Reunions & Vacations ~ The Saltaire was built specifically to entertain groups. The Game Room is one of the many areas for your group to gather. There is a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard and a projection TV with a large screen. The 5 master suites can accommodate up to 10 guests. Most of the rooms have sitting areas to enjoy a good book or just to relax in the privacy of your own space.
