The Pleasant Pheasant Bed and Breakfast is located in Paradise Valley, south of Livingston, Montana, and accepts reservations year-round. Located 36 miles from the historic north entrance to Yellowstone National Park and 17 miles south of Livingston, Montana we are surrounded by breathtaking views of the Gallatin and Absaroka/Beartooth Mountain Ranges. Local activities in Livingston, Montana include The Yellowstone Gateway Museum, oustanding art galleries, and fine dining places. There is access to fishing on the Yellowstone River and many spring creeks, including Mill Creek, which was the location of scenes from the film, "A River Runs Through It." During hunting season the elk, deer, and antelope are plentiful. Some of the other activities that are available include river rafting, horseback rides, hayrides, sporting clays shooting, dog sleds (winter), hiking, and biking.
At the end of your day exploring all that the Livingston area has to offer, you can relax on one of the balconies or porches that surround the house while you watch the setting sun light up the mountains. You are also welcome to join us in the Great Room on the main floor for some quiet conversation and information about the area.
