The Peaks at Greer is tucked in the aspens and pines at the base of Amberian Point Mountain overlooking the village of Greer. A left turn off Main Street takes you over our bridge crossing of the Little Colorado River and up to our 22,500 square feet mountain hideaway on four acres, with direct access to the National Forest.

Our rates are based on double occupancy for all but our Penthouse and Cabin accommodations which are based on four-person occupancy. Mid-week and weekend rates available for all of our accommodations. Quoted rates do not include state taxes of 6.05 percent which will be charged to the guest stay. We require a two-night minimum on weekends and a three-night minimum on holidays. Each additional person, adult or child over 3 years, in any room will result in a $10 per/person room charge, charged at check-in. Rates are subject to change without notice. High Season: December 15, 2004 ? April 7, 2005 and May 20 ? October 16, 2005. Low Season: April 8 - May 19, 2005 and November 17 - December 14, 2005. (For much needed employee vacations and resort maintenance, ?The Peaks? will be dark from October 25 thru November 17, 2005)
