Paul and Rilla Higgins, Sunset Bay's friendly hosts, invite guests to enjoy their "home away from home". Selected for the publication, "The Best Places to Bed and Breakfast in Ontario", Sunset Bay offers quality accommodation in a congenial atmosphere.
Three tastefully decorated rooms with beautiful views are available to guests. Two queen bedded rooms overlook the water. The twin bedded room offers a view of the Island's fields and hills. Each room has a convenient ensuite mini bath (sink and toilet). The adjacent tub/shower room and main floor shower are shared by guests. Comfortable terry robes are provided.
Guests are encouraged to soothe body and soul in the large indoor hot tub, to curl up and relax in the loft sitting room or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Hot beverages or cold juices are always available.
Summer visitors can experience nature from a comfortable chair on the large deck or inside the new fully screened, bug free gazebo.
Healthy breakfast selections provide a tasty beginning to each new day. Guests are offered the choice of hearty home cooked fare or a substantial continental style breakfast. Please advise the hosts of any dietary restrictions or preferences at the time of booking.
