The Lodge at Sugar Hollow: A rustic antique barn transformed into an exquisite 8-room mountain lodge. The Chestnut Farmhouse, Hemlock House, Cherokee House, and Sequoia Cottage: Individual guest houses complete with kitchen & laundry amenities that accommodate 6-12 people. Watauga Building: A 1,200 square foot conference facility which can be rented along with the Lodge and/or individual guest houses as an all-inclusive package perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, church programs, weddings, Bluegrass entertainment, and other group gatherings.
