The Stovall House, built in 1837 as a residence and restored by Ham Schwartz in 1983 as an Inn, is located on 26 acres in the historic Sautee Valley with views of the mountains in all directions. The five guest rooms have the following bed arrangements: of the four rooms upstairs one has one double bed, another a queen-size bed, and these rooms share the Sleeping Porch (an enclosed porch with three large windows and a daybed with trundle bed) as a sitting room; the other two rooms have king-size beds; the room downstairs, an original bedroom of the house, has one double bed. Each room has a private bath and is furnished with antiques. The house has central heat and air, with each room having its own thermostat.
