Casual elegance and intimate atmosphere surround you from the moment you enter our historic 18th century Country Inn as you feel the welcoming atmosphere! Your hosts and Innkeepers, Brenda and Cole Belliveau have brought to the Inn a love of travel, adventure and meeting people. It was a Belliveau who helped the Stief family in the 1700's when they arrived on the shores of the Petitcodiac River. Their family trees are a unique blend of English, Scottish, Irish, English, French and Acadian ancestors. Their vision was to create an escape for guests where they could relax in the ambiance of old world charm while enjoying the modern amenities that one might not expect in a smaller property. Traveling to various parts of Britain, Europe, Canada, USA and the Caribbean plus four years of traveling for a previous employer led Brenda to understand what hospitality means to a traveler. Coles' military background also led him to Europe and various parts of Canada as well. Perhaps it was fate that these two wandering hearts would someday meet and join for another journey together!
Furnished with antiques, collectables and quality reproductions acquired from family, auctions and personal expeditions, you will find unique and special stories from the Innkeepers about this charming property.
