Other Amenities Details
Built in 1997, Salmon Run House was brought by tug and barge from its original waterfront site on Bainbridge Island in June of 2002. The 2800 square foot house sits on 100 feet of waterfront and is surrounded by landscaped grounds, tall cedars, firs and maples. Inside, the main level has a granite entryway, a living room, entertainment room, dining area, a half bath and a complete kitchen with everything you'll need.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 3 with private baths and all with water views. One bedroom is in a private wing of the house with its own bath, wet bar, small fridge and private entrance. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with commanding views of the bay. Each bedroom has a queen bed, plush down comforter, cable TV and phone.
The entertainment room offers cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. Comfortable leather sofas in the living room, and an elegant dining room setting are ideal for casual or formal gatherings. From the kitchen's full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, to its dinnerware, cookware, oil and spices, everything is there to make you feel right at home. And the 1300 sq. ft. wraparound deck offers inspiring views of the bay and wooded shoreline.

The Bay
Miller Bay has long been a favorite place for boating, kayaking, canoeing and relaxing. And every Fall, the native king and silver salmon swim right by the house on their way to Grover Creek and the tribal fish hatchery just a half mile up the bay.
Watch the tides come and go, as blue herons wade in the shallows, kingfishers dive for dinner and ducks swim beneath the reflection of evergreens on the nearby shore. Osprey, bald eagles and Canada geese also visit often, and on occasion you'll even see otters and seals exploring the upper bay.
Activities:
Outdoor activities and places to visit are found everywhere in the Kitsap Peninsula. Enjoy Bainbridge Island's art galleries, majestic Grand Forest and famous Bloedel Reserve. Visit Poulsbo's waterfront Norwegian village and Marine Science Center, or go kayaking at the Poulsbo Marina.
Grover Creek Salmon Hatchery, Heronswood Nursery and the Suquamish Tribal Museum are just minutes away. Keyport's Naval Undersea Museum, Bangor Submarine Base and Bremerton Naval Shipyard are within 30 minutes. Hood Canal, the quaint mill town of Port Gamble and historic Port Townsend are also close by. And the beauty of the unspoiled Olympic Peninsula's mountains and coastal beaches lie beyond.
