We invite you to make our Guest House your "home away from home". We are ideal for small groups of 2 to 8 persons. We offer a variety of booking types from room rent only to catered meals with daily housekeeping. Make your own plan with us to suit your needs and budget. Our Bed and Breakfast accommodations are located in one of the most beautiful pieces of nature on earth - the Chilliwack River Valley. This is a true nature retreat: surrounded by vibrant green forested area, mountains, rivers and lakes. We are just minutes from the Chilliwack Fish and Game Club (rented facilities for weddings, reunions and small group events). We are in a World Class Fishing Area; just a few minutes walk from a major River Rafting/kayaking facility on the Vedder/Chilliwack River(s). These rivers are ideal for River Sports Fishing (walking distance from the guest house); and are contributories to the Mighty Fraser/Harrison and Fraser exchange. Salmon caught here have weighted in at 30 and 50 pounds and Sturgeon at hundreds of pounds. (In fact the area boasts two World Records of one 800 pound and one 1,000 pound Sturgeon "catch and release".) We can help you arrange a River Sports Fishing adventure with a local professional guide, give you breakfast before you leave and, if you wish, dinner on return.

We can recommend things to see or do; even arrange tours for you. We are approximately 14 KM from Cultus Lake (a very popular tourist spot with swimming, boating, water slides, kiddie rides, and an "in season" a Market in the Park where vendors sell a variety of home made arts and crafts, souveniers, collectables or antiques).

On Slesse Road, just a few minutes walk from the Guest House, you will find a monument to a plane crash of the 1950's. The more adventerous may wish to hike Slesse Mountain to view the wreckage remains. In the spring you can visit the Blue Heron Nature Reserve which has had up to 100 nests and watch the intriguing Blue Heron, deer, Eagles and other animals in their natural habitat. Visit Harrison Hot Springs (a natural hot springs pool) with it's World Famous Sand Castle Competition, and variety of intriguing shops to explore. Walk the corn maize or take one of many local farm or heritage tours. Local interests to families with teens or children may be Castle Fun Park or Dino Town. Just a 90 min drive from Vancouver with many amazing tourist attractions. Take day trips to Aldergrove Game Farm; Manning Park or Hells' Gate Sky Tram and Errello Tunnels, we have a variety of interests to pursue. Or just relax and read in the peace and quiet of nature, on our large covered, furnished sun deck.

This friendly B&B can be your home away from home with approx. 1,000 sq ft of guest space. Special rates for private use of the entire B&B unit which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Guest Lounge with entertainment and more! We have a self-serve coffee, tea and snack bar area available 24/7. Comfortable space for up to 8 guests with low rates for such comfort. Take the Vedder Road/Sardis Exit off Hwy 1 when coming from Vancouver, B.C. or Hope, B.C. and follow Vedder Road to the Vedder Bridge. Do NOT cross the bridge, turn left at the bridge and follow Chilliwack Lake Road apporximately 10 KM to Slesse Road, follow Slesse Rd, approximately 2 KM to O'Byrne Rd and turn right, follow O'Byrne Rd down approximately 1 KM, Riverbend is on the left hand side in Slesse Park. Just book your space and then follow the white and Burgundy signs right to our door!
