Guests can spot our artistic sign from far away, along with the striking white Noble fence. Since we're three miles north of town, we enjoy being "Lake Geneva's best kept secret," indeed! Birdbaths and statues amidst perennial gardens, together with redwood benches and plenty of shade invite folks to slow waaayyyy down in summer, spring and fall. And in winter, if we're lucky, you'll find heaps of glistening snow, ripe for making angels or instigating snowball fights! Our front porch with its old-fashioned swing is extremely popular, as is our sunny back porch. There are no street lights out here to obscure the stars and beautiful night sky. Yet we are still just a five minute drive from downtown Lake Geneva -- the best of both worlds, in our humble opinion...

The interior of Pederson Victorian is as exquisite as the exterior, with a parlor that lends itself to reading and good conversation, a formal dining room with extra seating integrated into the traditional bay window, and our four artfully appointed guestrooms. Breakfasts are homemade, hearty, delicious and nutritious, served in our colorful dining room each morning. Everything is made from scratch and as organic as possible, given the season. Your innkeeper, Kristi Cowles, was born and raised in Wisconsin, knows the Geneva Lakes area like the back of her hand, and has thoroughly enjoyed making her guests feel warm and comfortable since 1990.
