This early Yorkton home, built by J.A.M. and Sadie Patrick, has been restored and renovated to provide guests with a memorable and restful stay on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Yorkton. Patrick Place invites guests to enjoy the reading room at the front of the house; the comfortable living room with fireplace, the garden, Shaw Park across the street...and, of course, the room of your choice. Each room has tea and coffee facilities, television and VCR, private telephones with computer modem connections, and private ensuite bathrooms. Guests may use the off-street parking (with plug-ins for winter use). And after a good night's rest, pull up a chair at the dining room table to start your day with a hearty and wholesome breakfast. Looking for a quiet, secluded place to have a small business meeting or group retreat? Patrick Place's living and dining rooms are available for daytime meetings with beverage and food service. For your rest and relaxation You have a wide choice of rooms at Patrick Place, each with their own amenities and distinct character...the Sleeping Porch, The Garret Suite, Sadie's Room, and William's Room. All are designed and furnished with your rest and relaxation foremost in mind. All rooms have private telephones with data ports for dial-up Internet connection, while guests with high speed wireless capability may connect through our router. The Sleeping Porch The Sleeping Porch features a private second-floor verandah overlooking the garden, perfect for Saskatchewan summer evenings. The ensuite bathroom has a whirlpool bath, and you will sleep soundly in the queen-size bed. The room has a bar fridge, and all you need to make coffee and tea. It also has a television with VCR. The Garret The Garret is a three-room suite under the roof of Patrick Place. Because they are the only rooms on the floor, they offer complete privacy. The Garret consists of the Study, a master bedroom with queen-size bed; the Servant's Room, a second bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom featuring an old-fashioned tub. Each of the bedrooms also has its own washbasin and our other amenities. The Study has a DVD player for guest use. The rooms are available as a suite at $110 per night for two, and $7 for each additional person. If additional mattresses are required, there is a charge of $10 per mattress per night. The Study is available at $80 single, and $87 double per night. Of course, our hearty breakfast to start your day is included. William's Room William's Room, at the front of the house, features twin beds, and ensuite bathroom with private shower. It also provides you with in-room coffee and tea, and the room has a television with VCR. William's Room is $70 single, and $77 double per night, including our hearty breakfast to start your day. Sadie's Room In Sadie's Room, you will rest comfortably in a double bed. The ensuite bathroom has a private shower, and a unique early-twentieth century wash basin. You are invited to partake of the in-room coffee and tea. The room has a television with VCR. Sadie's Room is $70 single, and $77 double per night, including a hearty breakfast to start your day.
