The Newport Belle is a stern wheel riverboat constructed in 1993, specifically designed as a Bed & Breakfast.
She is 97 feet long with a beam of 24 feet and a draft of 22 inches. There are 3100 square feet of living space on three decks. The Belle combines the nostalgia of a turn-of-the-century atmosphere with all the amenities the modern traveler expects.
Accommodations
Each of the 5 generous staterooms includes a private bath with shower. 2 cabins are available with king beds 3 cabins have queens. Your accommodations include a spectacular view of the Newport Marina and the famous Yaquina Bay Bridge.
In the evening, our guests may choose the privacy of their own stateroom, the romance of the open aft deck, or enjoy the warm atmosphere of the main salon. The wood stove takes the chill from the cool sea air and provides a snug place to relax. You may read, play games, watch satellite TV, movies, or chat with fellow guests.
After your cozy night's rest, the morning begins with a delicious, savory breakfast served in the main salon. A typical breakfast includes homemade granola, yogurt, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, assorted pastries, muffins, or croissants, a hot entree, (e.g. shrimp or smoked salmon quiche, hash browns) orange juice, and coffee, tea, & cocoa. Please advise us in advance of any special dietary needs.
