We welcome you to McGregor Manor, a home that transports you back to an era of Victorian elegance and charm. If you have stayed here before no doubt you met Carol and David Scott who owned the home from 1995 until November of last year. The Scott's, through their labor of love, restored this inn to its original magnificent beauty. They continue to live close by and may stop in to have tea with you on the front porch. We recently purchased the Manor from the Scott's and are currently doing some of our own restorations.
Relax and enjoy scenic McGregor, an area that abounds with wildlife. Go trout fishing in the Yellow River State Forest, antiquing in the numerous boutiques, boating on the Mississippi River, explore Effigy Mounds, and so much more! Don't forget one of Iowa's newest riverboat casinos is one mile north of McGregor.
