Our historic Inn, located only minutes from the lively Weirs Beach area, was attentively built in 1934 by shipbuilder Byron Hedblom who brought the Mount Washington cruise ship to Lake Winnipesaukee.
The five cozy guest rooms sit on five acres of grassy fields and forest on a colorful, tree-lined country road that provides a quiet setting. It is the perfect place for visitors to all of the Lakes Region activities as well as a romantic getaway or corporate retreat.
Each room has a private bath, feather-like bed, and a gas or electric fireplace. Select rooms offer a whirlpool tub or even a private patio with a separate entrance. All rooms are conveniently located on one floor, so there are no stairs to climb once inside. In our spacious Great Room, you can sit by the fireplace, watch TV, play at the game table, or just enjoy the view from the bay window replicating the Mount Washington wheelhouse.
The sumptuous country breakfast features fresh baked muffins and breads, an individual hot entree, as well as an early morning beverage tray delivered to your door. Complimentary afternoon tea includes Pat's nationally acclaimed chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. As your attentive hosts, Pat and Mike will add the special individual touches to make your visit memorable.
