In early spring, garden daffodils are matched by diminutive ephemeral wildflowers all through the woods. Throughout the summer our garden proclaims an ever-changing procession of flowers. You can sit and savor this garden scene and the mountains beyond from our screened gazebo. You can also enjoy walks along nearby wooded trails. As autumn progresses, we watch with awe as the forest that surrounds us provides a breathtaking kaleidoscope of reds and yellows. At this time of the year the woods truly call. In the winter camellias bloom in our greenhouse. Fresh snow and crisp clear air beckons us outdoors for a day on snowshoes or cross-country skis. Animal tracks in the snow lead us to contemplate the many creatures with which we share the beautiful wintry landscape.
