One of the great benefits of staying at Heartwood Manor is the Spa. The staff at the Manor's Spa will give you first class treatment, including herbal baths, full body/facial massages, reflexology, pedicures, stone therapy, body polishing, glamour photography, and more! Gift certificates are also available; this is a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries and honeymoons.
Each room is unique and has a private bath, desk area, air conditioning, and cable TV with the movie channels. Ask about our Off-season Weekend and Mid-week rates, or our Corporate or Group rates. Corporations may access special pricing for 20 or more room night commitments. All rooms are priced on a double occupancy basis. Please add an additional $10 for each additional person who is over 14.
For Couples:
The Dormer is a little old fashioned room with steps up through an archway up into a dormer with a large marble tub(no shower)with brass taps. Antiques and a queen size bed, complete this pretty room. Rate $110
The Pinewood with its queen size bed, is quite light and airy with pine throughout. It has a double Jacuzzi set into a small solarium cantilevered off the side of the room, with a shower. An exquisite etching double cameos the seven foot round window. Rate $120
The Main East is vivid in its aquatic colour scheme, set off by antiques and a queen Carriage Bed facing the fireplace. A single jet tub is accented with brass taps and shower. This room has private entrance, self adjustable heat and air conditioning, and telephone. Rate $140
The Cottage, separate from the main building it is delightful in yellows and an ivy bower with double Jacuzzi with a glass block surround curving toward a double futon sofa facing the fireplace. Queen size bed, self adjusting air conditioning and heat, fridge and microwave, as well as private entrance. With its honeymoon atmosphere, it is designed for pampering on those special occasions. The Main Turret is the epitome of its executive title, with a large mahogany desk, wing backed chairs set in front of a sculptured fireplace mantel, queen Carriage Bed, and a glass block wall that gives the double Jacuzzi a romantic flare. Private entrance, telephone, self adjustable air conditioning, and shower, complete the comfort and privacy. Rate $180
The Upper East is burnt rose, with a hunter green accented in a white bridal theme and King Carriage Bed. The room invites you to curl up on the couch in front of the gas fireplace with its white pristine mantel, or relax in the large dust rose jet tub, equipped with shower. It also has self adjustable air conditioning and telephone. Rate $180
The Upper Turret emulates a lush, and spacious New Yorker atmosphere with its open design concept of glass, and fire and jetted tub. The queen Carriage Bed and antique furniture are a delight in themselves. It also has telephone, large television and individually controlled air conditioning and heat. Rate $180
Like the other rooms the Front Suite is decorated with antiques, and is a charming little two bedroom suite. Each room is tucked under a dormer with a small sitting area in between. The room has central air, and the bathroom has a single jet tub. Rate $140.
The following description is for Families with children, Children over 14 are an additional $10: We have two rooms developed downstairs in the lower level, especially designed for families.

The Lower East has a glass block wall that divides the room in two, there is a double bed on one side, with a double bed with a twin bunk above, on the other. Also featuring a relaxing jacuzzi tub, telephone and small TV. Rate $140

The following descriptions are of the five new rooms in the Heartwood Haven, the sister property to Heartwood Manor.
The Watermark is a full size luxurious suite with bright spring tones and cooling hues; it has one separate bedroom with queen size bed, and two sleeping areas in the living room, with a double and a King Carriage Bed. Capable of sleeping six or even seven comfortably. The suite has cable TV, air conditioning, full kitchen, fireplace and an eight jet double Jacuzzi. Rate $250
The Gothic is a good size suite with earth tones and honeyed decor . The Carriage Bed is a king. This romantic room has a large TV, large bathroom with a french window, double Jacuzzi. Rate $180
The Olympia is a pretty little suite in mossy greens and fairy detail, it has a queen size Carriage Bed, and double Jacuzzi set beside a french window. Rate $140
The Devonian is a yellow okra with a white accent, this room has a standard bath, queen size bed and a lovely antique bench. Rate $110
The Gregorian is bright and cheery in its yellows and milk paint blues, this room has a queen size bed and a large double headed shower for two. $110

Heartwood Manor and the surrounding area offer plenty of activities ranging from energy-expending outdoor recreation to self-indulgent pampering. World-renowned golf courses, tennis courts, go-cart tracks, bumper boats, and amazing hiking trails are all available for a daily excursion. Located in the Badlands of Alberta, you're as apt to stumble over a dinosaur clavicle or a hoodoo as you are an oil derrick or an old abandoned coal mine. Heartwood Manor is the central booking agency in the Drumheller area for "Edventure" Tours, which specialize in educational packages for seniors, individuals, couples, women and corporate retreats, and for families.
Peak season bookings, May to October generally require a two-day booking on Saturdays. All rooms are subject to a 5% Hotel Tax and 7% GST. Smoking is permitted on any of the decks. Visa and Mastercard accepted. A strict 72 hour cancellation policy requiring a full charge, with a $15 transferable, non-refundable confirmation fee applies per room, per day. Large bookings require a 50% deposit, with a two week cancellation requirement.
