During peak season we book by the week and we will consider shorter bookings to fill vacants dates. For stays shorter than 4 days we operate on a first come first serve basis. Off season rates are for October to March excluding long weekends and holidays (ie Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter). A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Deposits on bookings cancelled prior to 2 weeks(1 month during July and August) of arrival are refunded minus a $50 administration fee and deposits are forfeited on any bookings cancelled within 2 weeks (1 month during July and August) of arrival date.
