The Hambleton Inn was built in the mid nineteenth century as a ship builder's home, right on the water in St. Michaels. All rooms have views of the water, as well as private baths. Every guest room is tastefully decorated with period antiques, oriental carpets, and Waterford chandeliers.

The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum is right across Honeymoon Bridge from the Hambleton Inn, with wonderful inside and outside historical and present day exhibits showcasing the Chesapeake Bay. Children love the Museum, and it is also a wonderful site for weddings, then one just walks home to the Hambleton Inn!
