Looking west into the setting sun guests At The Quarry view the bucolic serenity of the Skagit River Valley, the northern reaches of Puget Sound and in the distance the San Juan Islands. The sounds of the evening blend easily with the incredible beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
The Guesthouse was designed as a very private residence with approximately 2000 square feet and will accommodate up to four adults. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, living room with fireplace, a media room with plenty of good books and large screen television, two bathrooms and separate sitting room off one of the two bedrooms. There are many original works of art inside and out and also many artifacts of historical interest in the entryway cases. Outside there is a garden dining area, hot tub and private garden.
Guests also have scheduled access to the the elaborate gardens and outdoor sculpture collection near the main house which is on a level above the Guesthouse. In addition there is an art gallery.
