Accommodations at Grapevine are first rate - cozy, comfortable, yet spacious. With individual furnishings, no two are alike. All have numerous amenities for your convenience, including: coffee pots for coffee or tea pool towels bathrobes hair dryers minibar stocked with wine, liquor and soft drinks, as well as an assortment of snacks. Guest lodging is both air cooled and heated, although heat is typically welcome only in the evenings. All accommodations are non/smoking. We request that if you smoke, you do so outside. The casitas are free standing, while two of the cabins are a duplex. The Faraway Lodge can house up to nine guests in three separate accommodations. It has a spacious porch and a large screened Arizona Room with comfortable chairs for lounging. Shady groves of Arizona oak and manzanita provide seclusion for the ranch buildings.

Rates include accommodation, riding, three mouth watering, home cooked meals a day plus snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pool, hot tub, video room, games room with pool table, ping pong, hiking, birding, stargazing, cookouts and live entertainment. Riding program offers daily trail rides, advanced rides and all day rides. Group lessons and private horseback riding lessons (additional fee). There is a golf course nearby (additional fee). Rates reflect a limited number of guests, and highly personalized service. Casitas - consist of bedroom with king or queen bed, a sitting area or room which can double as a second bedroom, double entry bathroom with tub/shower, private porch and sun deck. Cabins - Pleasant and spacious single room, with queen bed, full pull out bed, bathroom with shower, private porch and sun deck. All accommodations have refrigerators and coffee makers, and, for your convenience, also hair dryers, bath robes and pool or hot tub towels. There is also a guest laundry. Children: Due to insurance restrictions we regret that we do not accommodate children under 12 years of age. Rates: Weekly and monthly rates must be booked directly with the ranch. Arizona state tax will be figured automatically at check-out. In lieu of gratuities, a service charge of 15% of your accommodation amount will be added to your account at check out and will be divided equally between all the staff. Deposit: For confirmation, 25% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. We accept checks drawn in US dollars, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Your credit card will be processed for the deposit amount only. Cancellations: Our cancellation policy is 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $100 handling fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. A trip insurance policy with Travelers Insurance Company is available at minimal rates.
