Yes! Our system assigns a unique User Name and Password, you can log into the system and make your own changes any time and as often as you like. You can upload pictures from the Control Panel.

Absolutely. If you are our paid member we provide listing update assistance. If you are on a free trial membership please login to your control panel with your user name and password, choose “Pictures Tab” and upload pictures.
Good thing about our directory is that we give ample size limit on the picture upload that will accomodate almost all type and size of pictures. Therefore you will not see INCONVENIENT ALERTS!! like sorry picture size is too big.
Each page has a counter that logs its visitors. You can access these numbers from the Control Panel.

We do not keep any correspondence from them, neither do we contact vacationer on your behalf, all we can suggest to you is to make sure that you visit our website and review or update your contact information.
Free basic listing is absolutely free. On free basic listing you will be getting following features on your listing page:

You can add / modify rooms and rates information as following.
Step 1) Login to your control panel with your user name and password information.
Step 2) Once you login please choose your listing that you would like to modify. If you only have one listing with us then system will automatically take you to your listing page.
Step 3) On the LEFT-SIDE of the screen please look for the link/tab says "RENTAL UNIT/ROOMS INFORMATION". Please click on that link once.
Step 4) When you click on the link "RENTAL UNIT/ROOMS INFORMATION" you should see the following options.
- Add rental units - click here
- Modify rental unit rates - click here
- Skip this section - click here
Please note that you will only get "Modify rental unit rates" if you already have a room or rental unit exists.
Now its your choice either to click and "Add rental units / rooms" or "Modify existing ones"
Step 5) If you want to "Add rental unit/rooms" the program will give you a blank screen to fill up room information, features, amenities and pictures etc.
Step 6) If you want to "Modify existing rental unit/room" the program will give you a list of your existing rooms in the system. Please click on the room/rental unit that you would like to modify.
After you make all the necessary changes you will have use the buttons below to either "SAVE AND ADD MORE ROOM" OR "SAVE & CONTINUE".
If you are finished adding/modifying rooms information then please click on the button "SAVE AND CONTINUE".
This concludes how to add "RENTAL UNIT/ROOMS INFORMATION". Please see below steps to add rates information.
Step 7) When you click on the left link says "RENTAL UNIT RATES" the program will give following option on this page.
a) a complete seasonal rates chart with options to enter different rates for low/high season as well as option to enter different rates for weekdays and weekend.
b) "Payment" in this box please select the various mode of payments that you accept.
b) "Rates Policy and Other restrictions". This is a free form field so please feel free to add information in this box.
Step 8) In the rate chart please select your FROM & TO season and enter rate in the text box "Mon" for rates for Monday. Here the system also offers you to "Copy" Monday rates to entire week and then change it accordingly.
In a typical situation the rates could be following:
Monday to Thursday = 99.00 per night
Friday to Sunday = 125.00 per night
Step 9) If your rate structure requires you to enter more information then please use the require more rows to enter please use option says "Add more ________ row(s) Go". Please enter as many rows as you need it. You can enter more as you go along.
Step 10) In case you realize that any specific row or data is not require then please click on the button "X" to delete the entire row. Please note that this action is permanent and not recoverable.

In the Email please put your registered email address:
After login you modify all your listing information including uploading new pictures and rates info. etc.
This is a common problem that occurs on most of the listing where the longitude latitude is not properly generating with the street address and postal/zip code.
Fortunately we have a solution for that. Please email our technical team at helpdesk@bedbreakfasthome.com with your phone number and one of our representative will call you and manually adjust longitude/latitude values to correct pointer location on the map. |
