The Bed & Breakfast is easy to find in Elkader, Iowa. We are conveniently located across the street from Central Community High School, one block off of Highway 56, next to Leonard Funeral Home, one block from the Turkey River, and two blocks from beautiful downtown Elkader.

Take a stroll to the downtown area and enjoy Elkader's two river walks. From there, you can walk to Elkader's City Park and the local swimming pool. There are numerous antique shops located downtown within walking distance from us. For recreation you can canoe down the Turkey River, visit historic Motor Mill, cool off in the local swimming pool, visit the Osborne Welcome and Nature center (5 miles away), take your boat for a cruise on the scenic Mississippi River, visit Effigy Mounds National Park, or golf on Elkader's beautiful 9 hole golf course. There are also casinos located 20 miles away in Marquette Iowa, and 50 miles away in Dubuque Iowa
