Edge of the Woods B&B Guest Suite
1116 C Avenue Po Box 401
Kaslo, British Columbia

The Edge of the Woods B&B Guest Suite, is located on the west side of Kaslo, nestled in the edge of the woods at the base of Mt. Buchanan. We're very close, 1mi/1.6km, to the lake and amenities of town.....a great walk. It is only 10mi/16km to Ainsworth Hot Springs, and about 50 minutes' drive to Nelson, B.C. Our handbuilt timber-roofed house is unique, and has what we call a “Northern Southwest” style. Vehicles are parked a short distance away to maintain privacy, and stone pathways lead from the parking area through the trees and gardens to the front door. The queen-bed suite with private entrance is bright and comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet, restful stay. There is an old-fashioned cast-iron tub with shower in the ensuite bathroom. Breakfast items are provided in your room and the mini kitchen/amenity area has a fridge, microwave, and several small appliances, making it easy for you to prepare simple meals and snacks. We are active cyclists, kayakers, and walkers who enjoy sharing our knowledge about the area.
