All guests are encouraged to take in the natural surroundings at Deer Path Lookout. There are many private lookouts along the migratory deer paths and trails that criss-cross our property where you can watch the diversity of wildlife that find their homes here. The scent of pine and sage fills the air. Deer Path Lookout is ideally situated in the heart of the South Okanagan region of British Columbia and is surrounded by vineyards, orchards and numerous recreational sites. This semi-arid desert region has over 2000 hours of sunshine and only 3.2 cm of rain per year. The average temperature in the summer is 28ºC. We are conveniently located approximately 17 kilometres south of Penticton, a 15-minute drive away, just off Highway 97 and White Lake Road.
