Added to this are brand new bathrooms, exquisite gardens, cobblestone paths, and a charm that can only be experienced. Nestled in a fruit orchard, your views include both Wood and Kalamalka Lakes. Golf, wineries, watersports, and a many other activities are all near. Summer brings the various songbirds, quail, and hummingbirds that feed right outside your doorway. Since the Okanagan Valley is a north-south migratory route for birds, the whole area is a mecca for bird watchers. In the winter months you are virtually guaranteed a parade of deer passing nightly through the orchard, within 10 to 20 feet of your bedroom balcony--if you are willing to rise early and give up a few hours of sleep for the privilege.
