Private rooms with ensuite washrooms. Non-smoking, individually thermostat heat-controlled. Large windows allow a great view while you sit and watch for icebergs and whales. No chlorinated drinking water on site, just naturally-chilled spring water on tap. Make your stay an enjoyable one.
We have two guesthouses plus the mainhouse. This is an added comfort for our guests because they have more privacy, allowing them the convenience of being part of our family while dining and being entertained at the main house, plus our guesthouses give that quiet and special time away from the everyday activities of running a business.
Big hearty breakfast - Bacon/Eggs/Homemade Bread/Jam, tea/coffee, juice. Or, if you prefer a light breakfast - tea/coffee, toast, muffins/cereal. Sit and eat while overlooking the ocean. Get up early and catch a spectacular sunrise.

Most bedrooms are decorated with Grenfell-style hooked mats, hooked by a woman who spent sixty years doing the same type of work for Grenfell Handicrafts and the Grenfell Mission at St. Anthony.

Cape Bauld is the first to see these massive chunks of 12,000 year-old glaciers and we take you up close and personal - that's if the humpback and minke whales allow us. These creatures of the sea will treat you to a show as you've never witnessed before. And, their performance hasn't been rehearsed!
