We are sure that you will enjoy the scenic and quiet lifestyle found here, and we work hard to provide a pleasant stay for all our guests. We are located on the family farm, at the end of a dead end road, about 7 miles northwest of Callaway. It is very scenic here along the South Loup River, and history abounds on this land. The Lodge sits on ground homesteaded in 1876 by Dave Chesley's great-grandfather. For more information, look at the Homestead History.

The Lodge is ideal for either a single person or a larger group. There are 2 rooms with queen size beds, one room with a double bed, one room with two twin beds and one small room with a twin bed. A futon sofa in the living room can also be made into a bed if needed. There is a full bath and a half bath, a kitchen fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, coffee pots and coffee for all guests to use. We furnish homemade breakfast rolls each morning. The Lodge has air conditioning, a charcoal grill available, small color TV and lots of room to move around. We do not make beds or change linens during your stay unless it is extended. We do empty trash, provide plenty of clean towels, and provide routine cleaning. We feel our guests deserve the privacy of their rooms without interruption while they are here.
