Each of the seven unique guest rooms at Cable Nature Lodge is designed to evoke the spirit of northwest Wisconsin's history and natural heritage. From the lodge a short stroll will bring you to the peaceful shores of North Twin Lake, a natural lake in the national forest untouched by jet skis and speed boats. Just a mile down the road you'll find the Rock Lake hiking and ski trail, along with a trailhead for the Midwest's renowned CAMBA off-road bike trail system. Less than two miles in the other direction lies a lovely little park at the headwaters of the Namakagon River, one of the first federally designated Wild and Scenic Rivers in the country, and well known for great fishing and canoeing.
