At breakfast, you might be served lox and bagels with all the fixin's one day, blintz soufflé or French toast with fresh blueberry sauce the next. If you prefer to sleep late and help yourself, you might find a ready-to-heat artichoke and cheese casserole, a chilled bowl of black cherry and yogurt soup, or an Israeli or Mexican salad plate.
