The Bailey House offers 3 guest rooms; each is spacious, inviting, and is furnished with antiques. Guests will also enjoy a full breakfast, served in the Inn's formal dining room. Guests are invited to relax in the parlor or browse in the library. Delightful to any Civil War enthusiast, the library boasts many hours of reading on General Ulysses S. Grant. Or enjoy the train display located in the attic.
Inkeepers Stan and Nancy Purdy are also the owners of the Bailey House. Nancy grew up in the Bailey House and has witnessed much of its restoration. The Purdys are very passionate about maintaining the legacy of Ulysses S. Grant and his ties to their home. They are both very active in the preservation of Georgetown's historic past.
