Located in the quietest neighborhood in Seward, at 318 First Avenue. First Avenue is the street closest to the mountains making it just enough higher than the other streets to give a nice view of Resurrection Bay and the surrounding mountains. Only two blocks from the Historical downtown area, Alaska Sealife Center or one mile from the Small Boat Harbor. Seward has some of the greatest hiking trails in Alaska.
