Each of our four newly renovated and decorated guest rooms has TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee-maker, and new bedding, pillows and mattress. Two of our guest rooms feature private four-piece bathrooms, and two guest rooms share a four-piece bath. Some rooms are VCR equipped, and a shared DVD player is available. Although each room is air-conditioned and heated, windows can be opened for fresh air. All of our rooms have High Speed Internet access. Our guests also enjoy daily complimentary in-room tea and coffee, and all are welcome to enjoy the shaded and restful garden. Twenty-four hour public transit (TTC) is close at hand, as are several car rental agencies. 312 Seaton is a short taxi ride from Union Station (VIA Rail), Toronto Island Airport, and designated drop-off points for bus service from Toronto's Pearson International Airport.
